18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance
Exemption Statement
18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 impose record-keeping requirements on producers of “actual sexually explicit conduct.” Milfy is not a producer of any visual content that appears on this website. We are therefore exempt from the record-keeping obligations under 18 U.S.C. § 2257.
What Milfy Does and Doesn’t Do
Milfy is a directory that displays listings posted by independent third-party providers. Specifically, we do not:
- Produce, film, photograph, or commission any sexually explicit visual content
- Store or host sexually explicit images or videos on our infrastructure
- Employ, hire, or contract with any performers or models
- Direct, manage, or have creative control over any user-submitted material
All visual content on Milfy is uploaded by individual providers who are independently responsible for complying with all applicable record-keeping laws.
Age of Depicted Persons
All individuals depicted in visual content on this Site were at least 18 years of age at the time the depictions were created. Milfy’s platform is designed for providers aged 30 and over. We strictly prohibit any content depicting or involving individuals under the age of 18.
Provider Responsibilities
Each provider who submits content to Milfy is solely responsible for:
- Keeping any records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 for visual content they produce
- Confirming that every person depicted in their content is at least 18 years old
- Complying with all relevant federal, state, and local laws
Reporting Concerns
If you believe any content on Milfy violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257 or depicts a person under 18, contact us immediately at legal@milfy.me. We treat these reports with the highest urgency and will act to remove violating content as fast as possible.
