1. The Short Version

We collect almost nothing. You don’t need an account to browse, we don’t run ads, we don’t use trackers, and we don’t sell data. This policy explains the small amount of information we do handle and why.

2. What We Collect

Here’s the full list — it’s short on purpose:

  • Server logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps. Standard stuff for keeping the site running and catching abuse. Deleted after 90 days.
  • Listing data — If you post a listing, we store what you submit: description, photos, location, contact info, and username.
  • Emails you send us — If you email us, we keep the conversation to respond and follow up.
  • Basic cookies — We may use minimal cookies for site functionality like remembering your filter preferences. No advertising or tracking cookies.

3. What We Don’t Collect

Just as important as what we do collect:

  • No account registration required to browse — so no usernames, passwords, or emails from visitors
  • No third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, nothing)
  • No advertising cookies or retargeting scripts
  • No cross-site tracking of any kind
  • No selling, renting, or sharing your data with marketers

4. Why We Use What We Collect

Everything we collect serves one of these purposes:

  • Running and maintaining the Site
  • Showing listings as providers submitted them
  • Answering emails and support requests
  • Detecting and stopping abuse, fraud, and illegal activity
  • Meeting legal obligations when required by law

5. How Long We Keep Data

Server logs are automatically deleted after 90 days. Listing content stays live until the provider removes it or we take it down. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to resolve the matter, then archived.

6. When We Share Data

We don’t sell or share personal data. The only exceptions:

  • When we’re legally required to (subpoena, court order, law enforcement request)
  • When it’s necessary to stop fraud, abuse, or an active threat
  • When cooperating with a criminal investigation

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. That said, nothing on the internet is 100% bulletproof and we can’t guarantee absolute security. We do our best.

8. External Links

Milfy links to third-party sites (provider profiles, partner platforms). We’re not responsible for how those sites handle your data. Check their privacy policies before giving them anything.

9. Minors

This Site is for adults 18 and older only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover we’ve received data from a minor, we’ll delete it immediately and without question.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top changes. Continuing to use Milfy after an update means you’re okay with the revised policy.
