1. Agreement to Terms
By visiting or using Milfy (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you disagree with any part, stop using the Site. We may revise these terms at any time — continuing to use the Site after updates means you accept the new terms.
2. What Milfy Is
Milfy is an online directory that displays escort and companion listings submitted by independent third-party providers. We do not produce, verify, screen, or endorse any listing, person, or service featured on the Site. We are a directory, not a provider.
3. Who Can Use Milfy
You must be at least 18 years old to access this Site. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to agree to these terms. Providers who post listings must be at least 30 years of age and must comply with our Community Guidelines.
4. Prohibited Behavior
When using Milfy, you agree not to:
- Post or transmit any content involving minors
- Promote or engage in trafficking, coercion, or exploitation
- Submit fraudulent, fake, or misleading listings
- Use stolen photos or pretend to be someone you’re not
- Include explicit pricing for sexual acts
- Threaten, harass, or intimidate other users
- Try to break, hack, or circumvent the Site’s security
- Use the Site for anything illegal under applicable law
5. User-Submitted Content
Every listing on Milfy is created by an independent provider. We don’t control, curate, or take responsibility for user-generated content. We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time, for any reason, without notice — including but not limited to violations of these terms or our Community Guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
The Milfy name, branding, site design, and original code are our property and protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Listings remain the property of the users who submit them, but by posting on Milfy you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Site.
7. No Warranties
Milfy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or content. We don’t promise the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. You use the Site entirely at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Milfy and its owners, operators, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site, interactions with providers or other users, or reliance on any content found here.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milfy, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, any content you submit, or your violation of these terms or any third-party rights.
10. Account Termination
We can suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Provisions of these terms that should logically survive termination (liability, indemnification, intellectual property) will continue to apply.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.
